- Choose a copy with both faces visible and enough detail in the clothing. Check that your photographer’s licence allows this use. The original file is a stronger reference than a screenshot of a small album thumbnail.

- Separate photographs
- You can upload up to three references. Choose similar lighting and clearly visible faces when possible. Combining references can change spacing and proportions; inspect everyone together before ordering.

Digital files need preparation after payment. The card is a personal keepsake, not a redeemable voucher; it is not included in the parcel or emailed automatically. Keep your private order link to yourself.

No. Canvas and fine art paper orders include a high-resolution, watermark-free JPEG. After payment, the file must be prepared before it becomes available on your order page.
Your message appears on a digital keepsake card that you download and share yourself. It has no cash value. Printed messages and gift wrapping are not included in the parcel.
