What happens after payment?

1. We confirm your payment and prepare the purchased artwork.
2. For a physical print, our team reviews the order before authorising production.
3. We send email updates at key stages. Your order page shows progress and available delivery estimates. Tracking appears when available; a tracking number alone does not mean a parcel has shipped.
4. If you need help, contact Amber Portraits directly. We coordinate printing, delivery queries and aftercare for you.

Delivery around the world

We mainly serve North America, the United Kingdom and Australia, with international printing and delivery fulfilled through Gelato. Availability and timing depend on the product and delivery address. Select your destination before ordering; contact us if your destination or an estimate is unavailable.
