Is the preview really free?
Yes. Choose a style and upload your photos to see your portrait before you pay. No credit card or account is required. Only order if you love the result.
Is this a hand-painted oil painting?
Your portrait is created digitally in an oil-painting style, using your photos as the reference. Physical orders are printed on canvas or fine art paper; they are not original paintings made with oil paint. A digital download is also available.
Will my portrait look exactly like my photo?
Your photos guide the people, pets and details in your portrait, while your chosen style shapes how they’re painted. Some artistic variation is natural. You’ll see your portrait before you decide whether to order.
What photos can I use?
The best photos depend on your chosen style. Use clear, well-lit references with the details you want to keep clearly visible. People and pet portraits need clear faces; house portraits need a clear view of the property. You can upload up to three reference photos; this limits files, not subjects. Check the photo tips for your chosen style before uploading.
What happens to my photos?
We use your photos and artwork only to provide your portrait service and fulfil your order, with the service providers described in our Privacy policy. We never sell them or use them for marketing, advertising, public galleries, model training or any unrelated purpose. Anyone with a direct photo or preview image link can view it, so keep those links private.

Your portrait is usually ready to preview within a few minutes. You can see the result before deciding whether to order.
Can I adjust my portrait before ordering?
Yes. Ask for changes to the details, background or composition, then compare the new version with earlier versions. Choose and approve the version you want before paying.
What can I order?
Choose from 3 formats: canvas, fine art paper or a digital download. Canvas is available framed or unframed, with black and natural wood frame options. You’ll choose your format and size after seeing your portrait.
Where do you deliver?
We offer worldwide shipping at no extra cost. Availability depends on the product and delivery address. Choose your destination to see sizes, currency and prices, then enter your address securely with Stripe. If we cannot deliver your order, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange a refund.
Delivery detailsWhen will my order arrive?
Where available, estimated production and delivery times are shown before payment. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Your order page shows updated estimates and tracking when provided by the carrier.
Timing and trackingDoes my portrait come with a warranty?
Yes. Physical portraits are covered by our limited lifetime warranty against fading, peeling and warping during normal indoor use. The full terms explain coverage, exclusions and how to request a replacement.

We email you after payment confirmation and as your order progresses, including when a digital download is ready or a parcel ships. Your order page shows the latest status and available tracking. Sign in with the same verified email used for payment to find your purchased portraits in Your Portraits.
