For size, measure the wall space and compare the dimensions in the price selector above. Listed print sizes describe the artwork face; an outer frame adds to the overall dimensions. House portraits use the same sizes turned horizontally. Available sizes vary by country. Inch and centimetre options may differ slightly, so check the dimensions shown for your selected destination.
Every physical order includes a JPEG of the version selected at checkout. Its pixel dimensions depend on the artwork and print size ordered; the standalone digital download’s minimum resolution does not apply. It is available on your order page after payment is verified and high-resolution preparation is complete, with an email when ready.
High-resolution preparation uses the version you selected at checkout. Enhancement can change fine details compared with the free preview. Check the delivered file and contact us if it does not materially match your chosen artwork. See our refunds and replacements policy.
For your own printing, ask the printer to check the delivered file against your chosen size, crop and material. There is no single guaranteed maximum print size for every printer. The free web preview is smaller than the finished file.

Yes. Choose a style and upload your photos to see your portrait before you pay. No credit card or account is required. Only order if you love the result.
Your portrait is created digitally in an oil-painting style, using your photos as the reference. Physical orders are printed on canvas or fine art paper; they are not original paintings made with oil paint. A digital download is also available.
Yes. Ask for changes to the details, background or composition, then compare the new version with earlier versions. Choose and approve the version you want before paying.
We offer worldwide shipping at no extra cost. Availability depends on the product and delivery address. Choose your destination to see sizes, currency and prices, then enter your address securely with Stripe. If we cannot deliver your order, we will contact you to resolve it or arrange a refund.
